The rooms are huge, it's like a mini condo, big rooms with big soft beds and pillows. Room was cleaned with fresh towels and shower gel and shampoo everyday. Air conditioning worked spot on and room was nice and cold. 10min walk down to the beach onto beach road, also a 10min walk to the terminal 21 shopping mall. 7 eleven convenient shop right at the door step of the hotel, great for late night snacks or any drinks (shop opened 24hrs) Big shower with great water pressure, as I shower everyday this is a must, and I must say I was not disappointed. The hotel offer free shuttle service to the beach (beach road) and to Terminal 21 shopping Mall. I stayed in Thailand for 12 nights, first Stop Pattaya, second Phuket, and last Bangkok. This hotel was the best hotel out the 3 hotels I stayed in. Would I stay here again, 100% and would recommend it.

The hotel is very nice. The rooms are very spacious with two big double beds. We booked two rooms for 5 people, but our grandma lived alone in a separate room as for my family of 4 one room was enough. The breakfast was good, every day they baked pancakes or coconut cookies, omelette. There were two types of fruit - pineapple and watermelon. Seven Eleven and Central Marina shopping mall are right opposite the hotel, very convenient. Beach is not nearby, 20 minute walk, but it doesn’t bother

Very friendly staff. Helped with luggages. Big room with bathtub. Great location close to the beach just walk with in the shopping center next to big c will get to the beach Main Street.

The location is good, but only problem was the booming music from the club downstairs going on till the late morning hours. The room itself was very nice and clean. The hallways are pretty dated. And staff are friendly.

we have stayed here a few times breakfast is very good staff friendly big c opposite the hotel terminal 21 a short walk or you can take hotel shuttle. there is a back road that will take you to thai bbq on third road.

The breakfast was great as they have a lot of choices including a noodle, rice and egg stations. The location is very close to Central and Big C and a little walk to get to Terminal 21. The room was surprisingly huge and spacious with a nice balcony. Enjoyed their awesome swimming pool too, we swam like we own the pool for 2 days.

The property is very close distance to the shopping malls Terminal 21, Central Marina and night markets. The hotel room in particular is a plus point for us as a family. We have been staying here everyone we visit Pattaya for the last 3 years. It gets better each year!

Location of the Property! Grand Palazzo Hotel is just a couple of hundred meters away from BigC, Central Marina and 1.5km from Terminal 21. Alcazar and Tiffany's show are at walking distance (15 to 20 minutes MAX. Street foods can be found from both sides of the hotel. 7/11 shop is just hundred steps away from the main entrance!
